1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Olive Kids 10th Birthday Celebration Contest is open to all legal residents of the United States, age 18 years or older, except employees of Olive Kids Direct, LLC and participating vendors, and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and household members whether or not related. Void where prohibited by law.
2. HOW TO ENTER: From April 11, 2008 through June 30, 2008. Olive Kids will conduct a national contest encouraging participants to enter for a chance to win prizes. To enter, during the Promotional Period, participants must visit www.olivekids.com and complete the online entry form.
3. TO BE ELIGIBLE: Entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2008. Entries generated by script, macro or any automated or mechanical means will be void. You must fill out all questions to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person.
4. HOW TO WIN: One (1) Grand prize winner, One (1) First Place winner and (5) Five Runner Up prizes will be chosen by random on or around July 11, 2008. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone and must meet all eligibility requirements including the timely execution and return of all necessary releases and documents (if any) required by Olive Kids Direct, LLC.
5. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a comforter, sheet set, sham, plush pillow, window treatments, rug, set of 8 drawer knobs, 3 framed prints, personalized clock, personalized floor pillow, wallpaper border, wallpaper cutouts and growth chart in the design and size of your choice, a $750 value. One (1) First Prize Winners will receive an Olive Kids personalize pack which includes floor pillow, framed print, clock, 3 placemats and 3 name tags - design of your choice - $200 Value in a design of their choice. Five (5) Runners Up Winners will each receive a 5 pack of personalized placemats and a personalized name tag. No cash substitutions or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions will be permitted. Olive Kids reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at our sole discretion.
6. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: By entering this Contest, participants grant Olive Kids Direct, LLC and their assignees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, cities and states of residence, voices, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of Olive Kids and all matters related to the Contest, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity. Completing the online entry form will automatically put you on our email list. You may opt out of our email distribution list by clicking at the bottom of any emails received by Olive Kids Direct, LLC.
