| SHIPPING |
We normally ship all in stock items within 3 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 2-3 business days; 5 business days to California) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.
Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts.

All shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will have an additional $13.00 freight surcharge added per order and will be shipped via US Postal Service.
Olive Kids is NOT responsible for any fees or duties that may be applied to shipments to Canada.

| CANCELLATIONS |
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email customerservice@olivekids.com to cancel an order.

| RETURNS |
Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. RETURNS ON ORDERS OVER $200 ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% RESTOCKING FEE. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Any item that has been opened will not be accepted and will be returned to the consumer and return shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. Items that are special ordered, are on sale, FABRIC by the yard, or appear on our "Specials" page are final sale and NOT returnable. Customers are responsible for the return of any product. We strongly suggest that you use insurance on all returns.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Customers must email customerservice@olivekids.com or call to receive a return authorization - 877-OK OLIVE (toll free) or (603) 876-4228 (outside the US). Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be refused or returned to you at your expense. Please include the return authorization number with the return.

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Olive Kids Direct,LLC or Oliveira Brandwein Design, Inc (OBD).Olive Kids Direct,LLC, OBD and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded possible, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Olive Kids Direct,LLC or its manufacturers at no charge.

For each visitor to our web page, our web server, where possible, automatically recognizes the customers domain or email address.
