1. 2. HOW TO ENTER: From July 1st, 2009 through July 31st, 2009. Olive Kids will conduct a national contest encouraging participants to enter for a chance to win prizes. To enter, during the Promotional Period, participants must visit www.olivekids.com and complete the online entry form.

3. TO BE ELIGIBLE: Entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on July 31st, 2009. Entries generated by script, macro or any automated or mechanical means will be void. You must fill out all questions to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person.

4. HOW TO WIN: Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will be chosen by random on or around August 2nd, 2009. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
